    in the early 90's carmen and rafael had the opportunity to buy this beautiful family farm from one of his aunts and ever since, bourbon was the number one variety cultivated. perched at 1,550 m.a.s.l. this coffee is a bold testament to generations of care and unyielding passion for perfection.
